all ages.

l am pleased to present annual repthtfof the year ended 31st March 2￿23.
As the arts and galjery sector began to reopen to audiences and communities, we anlicipaled a
hallenging year and so we were delighted that our perfomiance exceeded expectation$. This
recovery 1$ due in no small part to a huge team effLXt auoss the organtsalion to ensure we reopened
su¢¢essbJlty.
Like others in the arts sector we continue lo resporKI to a volatile and uncertain envwonmenl. The
much-needed support frc¥n tP* OCMS through the COVKI R￿0Very Fund, HM Twsury through tho
Corona Virus Job Retention scheme was very hdpful. Strong financial management throughout this
time has ensured that we are in a good poSi(￿n to pro¥Kle the support needed. Robust cost Control
within the charity contributed svJnfficantly lo the C￿￿M and placed the organisatK)n in a healthier
posit￿ lo respond to future econc*mic volatilty.
