**Objects:** TO SUPPORT THE OPERATION OF THE COURT THEATRE, TRING, A COMMUNITY THEATRE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCING EDUCATION, TO THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, IN THE PERFORMING ARTS, THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS AND ARTISTIC EXCELLENCE.

**Activities:** By offering grants the Charity encourages an appreciation of the Arts in Tring and the surrounding areas through a variety of performing arts, theatrical productions and artistic excellence, both amateur and professional. It also aims to provide opportunities for volunteers, particularly young people, to be trained in and gain practical experience in a variety of theatrical technical skills.
