**Objects:** TO FURTHER GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WALSHAM LE WILLOWS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (1) ADVANCING THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ST MARY'S PARISH CHURCH, WALSHAM LE WILLOWS; AND (2) PROMOTING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WALSHAM LE WILLOWS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Predominantly organising an Open Gardens weekend on an annual basis in Walsham le Willows (Village) to provide funds for the charity's purposes which are  to provide financial assistance in the Village together with some other small Viillage fundraising activities for  similar purposes
