**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT PEGASUS SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECTS OF READING, WRITING AND MATHS.

**Activities:** The Charity was set up in 2012 in order to fundraise to build a Reading Room at Pegasus in Oxford. This has provided much needed additional space for volunteers to read with individual and small groups of children in a calm and focused environment. Funds were raised through individual donations and grant applications. The Charity continues to help provide educational facilities at the school.
