Activities

Your Place (London) Limited provides a home and support for people experiencing homelessness in London. We work collaboratively with residents to build a better future for themselves, through the provision of personalised support, education and life skills opportunities. Our goal for all residents is to move on from homelessness for good.

Objects: The Charity's Charitable Objects (The Objects) Are Specifically Restricted To The Following: To Further The General Charitable Works Of The Roman Catholic Church By Providing Services And Facilities For The Relief Of Poverty And Suffering, The Advancement Of Education, The Promotion Of Social Justice, The Provision Of Residential Accommodation Including Social Housing And Other Charitable Acts Which Promote The Development Of All Individuals And Communities In Need For The Public Benefit Of People Of All Faiths And None. To This End The Charity's Activities Will Be Directed Towards Homeless People, Seafarers, Former Prisoners, Families And Children, People With Disabilities And Communities And Groups In Need In Order To Re-Establish Themselves Spiritually And Socially. Nothing In The Articles Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
