Sticky Fingers Day Nursery offers an excellent environment for leaming and development, for 2, 3 and 4-year-
olds. The Nursery was18unched in 2015 with assi81ance from Liverpool Clly Councll who had idenllfied 8 specific
need lor nursary provlsion in th8 L15 poslcoJe 8re8. The priorrty for the nursery Is lo offer places lo local parents
who qualify for free nursery provislon.
The Zon
The Zone is our after-school club. started in September 2021 in ￿spOnse lo the Covid pandemic 8nd many Ioc81
familles needing extr8 provisbn. We now Nn a weekly session for school years 3-8.

light of this, close monitoring of expenditure and cashflow management is required.

loundallon for Ihe Inevitable challenges that face an expatxling 0ry8nisalion In the years lo come.

the criteria of our loan agreement with Kingdom Bank.

protect and saleguard the welfare ol children. young people and vulnerable adults entru51ed lo Imagine Ifs care,
and have all undertaken lor in the case ol new Iruslees have been booked onlol Trustee saleguarding training.
One Trustee has also been assigned as Ihe Trustee Safeguarding lead.
All those invow Inol just those who have access lo children. young people and vulnerable adults) are briefed
on their re5pN)nsibililies and are made fully aware of the organisation'5 child protection and vulnerable adulls,
policy and procedures. Those involved in 8ctivilies where they may have contact with children, young people or
vulnerable adults are required lo undergo DBS checks. A Safeguarding Team has been appoinled and meets
regularly lo ensure that the policy is being implemented and lo ensure that Ihe policy remalns both effective and
up lo date. Effective processes are in place to escalate any safeguarding issues Irom the Safeguarding Tgam to
the Trustee Safeguarding Lead lo the Trustee Board where appropll'ale.
