Ihe th&at￿'S è*sting audiences. and a higher4han•usual *1 of ftst tinw attenders since the lifting of pandemic
siriclKJn5. Chnslma$ 2022 provided a particular hi9hlight by breaking all box offKe records and Seeing oveithirty
five thousand peopk wsiling the venue in a six week period. Againsl this backdrop, the new ChEI Executive and
Senior Management Team have been consullir*J wrfh a wide rarse of st*ehok%ers and revlemng the strategic
direction of the ckanty. Supported by Trustees, including a sMJrsffjcant new intake bringing new arts. community
and fin8nci81 sknlls to goverrtante towards the end of Ihe year. tw have now tumed this into a new Business Plan
