## Trustees Report and Financial Statement for 1st April 2021 - 31[st] March 2022 

A the restrictions for Covid-19 eased we opened the Chapel a little more to the public, offering masks and sanitised wipes if required and we held our meetings in the chapel 

Preparations continued for our All Souls exhibition in April, Trustees making life size coffins from ages past and paper kites to explain the Day of the Dead festival 

We continued our preparations for conversion to CIO 

We continued recording the memorials as well as clearing overhanging branches which could be a danger to those walking in the cemetery and liaised with Sheffield Council gardeners and maintenance workers about the  litter and rubbish being dumped 

Our family history service, both online and in the chapel and cemetery, has encouraged people, who may have been wary about the area, to feel safe and happy to find the graves of their relatives. Local people too have used the cemetery more to enjoy the wildlife throughout the year.
