Daily pujas, festivals including Ganesh Chaturthi, Navaratri, Deepavali, Thai Pongal, education classes, cultural events, community support, spiritual guidance. 

## **Public Benefit** 

Open worship, religious education, community cohesion, pastoral support, cultural preservation. 

## **Financial Review** 

Income from donations, Gift Aid, festivals and fundraising. Expenditure on maintenance, utilities, religious activities, administration. Adequate reserves maintained. 

## **Risks** 

Financial sustainability, health and safety, property maintenance, regulatory compliance, volunteer dependence. 

## **Future Plans** 

Continue worship services, expand education, improve facilities, strengthen governance, ensure sustainability.
