ADVANCE EDUCATION BY WHATEVER MEANS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF CYCLING, TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO CYCLING;4. PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT.
