Following the decision to seek a merger with a larger charity operating in the same sector, Contact the Elderly was identified as a charity which shares very similar charity objectives to our own. During the year ended 31 March 2018 the whole of the charity's net assets were donated to Contact the Elderly. We anticipate that a similar transfer will take place each year.

Objects: The Charities Objects ('objects') Are Specifically Restricted To:(1)the Provision Of Assistance To Elderly Natural Persons Who Are Normally Resident In The United Kingdom By Providing Goods, Services And Financial Grants For Special Purposes In Deserving Cases In Any Matter Which Is The Furtherance Of A Charitable Purpose According To The Laws Of England; And,(2)for The Purpose Set Out In Sub-Paragraph (1), To Collaborate With Organisations Established Or Operated For The Benefit Of Such Elderly Natural Persons And By Making Financial Grants To Any Charitable Organisation To Further The Objectives Set Out In Sub-Paragraph (1) For Which IT May Require Support And IT Is Expressly Declared That Such Grants May Extend To The Whole Of The Charity's Net Assets.
