PROVIDING SAFE EMERGENCY AND SHORT-TERM ACCOMMODATION AND LONGER-TERM SUPPORT FOR WOMEN EXPERIENCING OR FLEEING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL EXPLOITATION IN ENGLAND AND WALES.
