One Young World organises Annual Conferences that are attended by the brightest young people from around the world, helping them make lasting connections to create positive change. One Young World has grown in both capacity and stature and for many organisations sending delegates has become an integral part of their leadership development, human resources and sustainability programmes.

Objects: The Charity's Objects (The "Objects") Are The Advancement For The Public Benefit Ofeducation Of Persons Of At Least 18 Years Of Age And Older ("Young People"), Inparticular But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing, Through Theexchange Of Ideas And Views Between Young People And Education, Business, Political,religious And Community Leaders At Events Organised By The Charity For The Purpose Ofpromoting Dialogue And Developing Mental, Moral And Leadership Capabilities Andqualities In Young People.
