The Trust seeks to attract support and donations to facilitate the playing and development of Cricket for everyone in Cheshire on a recreational basis to improve their conditions of life.

Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are Particularly But Not Exclusively For The Benefit Of People In The Cheshire Area And Its Surrounds(i)to Provide Or Assist In Providing Facilities For The Playing Of And Development Of The Game Of Cricket On A Recreational Basis For The Leisure Time Occupation Of Such Persons Who Have Need For Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.(ii)to Advance The Education And Development Of Children And Young People Through Such Means As The Trustees Think Fit In Accordance With Charity Law.(iii)to Further Such Other Exclusively Charitable Purposes As The Trustees May From Time To Time Decide.
