The role of the Trust is to provide, equip, maintain and develop as necessary the buildings and facilities of the Neuadd Owen Village Hall so as to provide a safe and secure community facility accessible to all members of that community.The Trust promotes and supports usage of the Hall by the local community thereby contributing towards improving local conditions.

Objects: The Trustees Must Apply The Income Of The Charity In Furthering The Following Objects ("The Objects"):the Provision And Maintenance Of A Village Hall For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of The Communities Of Cefn Meiriadog, Bont Newydd And Groesffordd Marli (Hereinafter Called The "Area Of Benefit") Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, Including Use For Meetings, Lectures And Classes, And For Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.the Premises Known As Neuadd Owen (Hereinafter Called "The Premises") Shall Be Held Upon Trust For The Purpose Of A Village Hall As Aforesaid.
