## Accountant’s Report 

I am someone fully independent of St Andrews Community Church and its managers. I have prepared the accounts for the year to 30[th] April 2022.  The accounts are correct in terms of all the records I have seen.   I have had access to all appropriate records, including the bank statements but these accounts should not be understood as having formally been audited.  I’ve seen a good proportion, by value, of the payments supported by receipts but, for example have not traced these receipts back to authorization. 

Having qualified ACA in 1975 with Coopers and Lybrand, now PWC, I’m able accurately to judge what is and is not an audit.
