Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
(A)To help save lives and promote well being by raising awareness of cancer, and specifically bowel cancer in young people aged 18 to 30 in Dorset and the UK.
- (B) to support bowel cancer patients and their families through the provision of specialist medical equipment and financial ais and to help fund specialist nurses in Dorset County Hospital, specifically in the Colorectal Department
The Trustees declare that they have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on the public benefit in relation to the objects in undertaking the following activities;

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
Raised awareness of cancer, especially bowel cancer in the young, by returning to running events again this year when permitted, providing leaflets, posters and wrist bands and through local publicity, our website and social media and sponsoring local sports clubs.
Continued to raise awareness of cancer and its symptoms, especially bowel cancer in the young, via our website and social media, leaflets and posters.
Fund raising was – Music festival Clay Pigeon Shoot Music Night
We made grants to;
Individual young bowel cancer patients.
Fortuneswell Hospital Dorchester , Dorset, to pay for reflexology for cancer patients undergoing radio therapy treatment.
The Mosaic Charity to pay for specialist training in bereavement counselling for children.
Sponsor sports clubs to raise awareness of bowel cancer in our target demographic

Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
(A)To help save lives and promote well being by raising awareness of cancer, and specifically bowel cancer in young people aged 18 to 30 in Dorset and the UK.
- (B) to support bowel cancer patients and their families through the provision of specialist medical equipment and financial ais and to help fund specialist nurses in Dorset County Hospital, specifically in the Colorectal Department

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
Raised awareness of cancer, especially bowel cancer in the young, by returning to running events again this year when permitted, providing leaflets, posters and wrist bands and through local publicity, our website and social media and sponsoring local sports clubs.
Continued to raise awareness of cancer and its symptoms, especially bowel cancer in the young, via our website and social media, leaflets and posters.
Fund raising was – Music festival Clay Pigeon Shoot Music Night
We made grants to;
Individual young bowel cancer patients.
Fortuneswell Hospital Dorchester , Dorset, to pay for reflexology for cancer patients undergoing radio therapy treatment.
The Mosaic Charity to pay for specialist training in bereavement counselling for children.
Sponsor sports clubs to raise awareness of bowel cancer in our target demographic
