We operate a large community based 'Health & Wellbeing Centre' located in a deprived area of North Halifax. Objects: The Objects Of The Company Are For The Benefit Of The Public ("The Objects"):4.1. To Further Or Benefit The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents Particularly (But Not Exclusively) By:-4.1.1. Establishing Or Securing The Establishment Of A Community Site For Activities Promoted By The Company (Hereinafter Referred To As "The Community Site"); And4.1.2.
