**Activities:** The Great Grimsby Ice Factory Trust is a Building Preservation Trust that in the past has worked on finding a sustainable new use for the Grimsby Ice Factory, a Grade II* listed Victorian industrial building on Grimsby Docks.  Currently the Trust is engaged in delivering the Peterson's Project, bringing back into use two buildings in the Kasbah Conservation Area of Grimsby Docks.
