Flnanclal revlew
The overall finances for the club have been solid throughout the year and with an expected growth. Classes and
membership are still wnnlng at a high level wKh s8Y8ral classes at its capac4ty Ilmit regularfy. One to one prSvato
coaching Is stlm going strong, wth a good client base and number8 have expand8d, Is bringing In 8 gocx
regular revenue for thé club. We have surLessfully hosled 2 dlnner shows and 4 open shows in the year along with
Int show5 ¥￿th Northoll BC.
The ¢lub ha$ Invested a frdir bit of rnonèy In several Item8 Ihat werè requlred or needed to be rep&c￿. Wo
purchased a new mlnibus (£48K) In January 2023 and invested heavily In new ￿rdI0 machlnes1£26K} aknig wlth
renewing equlpmenl 8$ and when it need replacing. The dub also purchased x70 palrs of competltion bo)ing shorts
along wlth slod( replacement of club vests (£7k)
Our sponsors G80 F TNmper have COTrtlnued to support th8 dub and now we have agreed Ihat Grlffin Scaffolding
become a sponsor of the dub tracksuits. The Yes charfty have al80 very been generotjs in their sponsorshlp of
equlprnent for the ¢lub.
We are still servlcing the Bu￿ne¥S Bank Loan and the flgura Is now under £20k owed. The amount we are paylng
back per rnonth is easily achievabl8, therefore w6 do nol See the need to dear the debt as the interest 18 very, very
minimal.

12 April 2012. The company vrns establlshed under a MemLirandum of Asscdallon, which established the objects

The Islinglon Communlty Sports Academy has a Managernerrt Commltte6 of up to 12 members meet quarterly
and are responsible for the strateglc dlTectlon and pollcy of the charity. At present the Committee has mèmbers from
a varlety ol prof8S8lonal bad(ground$ rél8vanl to Ihe work of the charity. A scheme of delegation18 In place and day-
to-day re8pon8lblUty for the pmvlslon of the servlc85 r88t with the Admi￿$tratIon Manager. The Mryer has
reSpOn￿bIlIty ftir the day4oday operatlonal management of the Centre, indlvidual supervision of the staff team and
also ensuring that the team ¢onllnuè8 lo develop Ihelr skllls and v￿rkIng pracuces in line wtth gooj practice.
