**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ARE THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR AMATEUR BOXING IN THE LUDLOW AND SURROUNDING AREA OF SHROPSHIRE.

**Activities:** The Club provides fitness training, boxing skills and specialist boxing training for people of all ages from 8 upwards at a purpose-built boxing Ludlow. It is open to all including those with disabilities and people from any ethnic and socio-economic background. It develops members' skills and abilities, as well as self-confidence, self-esteem, mutual respect and social skills.
