Thankfulness and Prayer

“I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, 6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ; just as it is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart, inasmuch as both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are partakers with me of grace. For God is my witness, how greatly I long for you all with the affection of Jesus Christ.” (Philippians 1:38).

Our Achievements:

The RPC Family in the year under review was involved in many activities in and outside the United Kingdom. Seminars, workshops, and conferences were organised whereby Christian values and morals were taught with the focus of healthy living (lifestyles) and good parenting in the society. In the year under review, more charitable donations, and support were given to individual members, partners and individuals from Eritrean background who were in dying need of support in order to demonstrate our love to them.

And, to fulfil the Greatest Commandment which was spoken by Our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 22:37-40, … “‘ You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbours as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Domestic support and assistants were given to the needy through our food bank assistance. The RPC Family members were admonished to support people in need as much as possible in fulfilment in Matthew 25:41-46. Parents were advised to keep watch on their children and support them with their mental and spiritual wellbeing.

The Church was able to fulfil our Aims and Objectives through individuals’ contributions, donations, and Government support
