Aim and Purposes** The International Sanctuary of God exists to: 1. Worship God, who is worthy of all praise and glory. 2. Serve God locally, nationally, and internationally by fulfilling the Great Commission of Jesus Christ as set forth in Matthew 28:19–20. 3. Minister to the needs of members and others as the Church is able. 4. Undertake all activities consistent with the purposes of a New Testament Church and the teachings of the Bible. The Church operates as a registered charity for the advancement of the Christian faith and the relief of need within the community, nationally and internationally. ## **2. Structure, Governance and Management** The Church is governed by its Constitution and overseen by a Board of Trustees. Trustees are responsible for: - Strategic oversight and decision-making - Financial stewardship and compliance with charity law - Safeguarding and risk management - Supporting the pastoral and ministry teams New trustees receive an induction covering their legal responsibilities, safeguarding, and church policies. Objectives and Activities** The Pastors and Ministers of the Church are responsible for: - Preaching, teaching, pastoral counselling, administration, planning, and guiding the Church to fulfil its biblical purposes - Leading the Church and all ministry leaders in worship, proclamation, education, and evangelism - Assisting and supervising Deacons and Church workers in their duties The Church provides weekly worship services, Bible teaching, pastoral support, and community outreach, all aimed at advancing the Christian faith and supporting individuals spiritually and practically. ## **4. Achievements and Performance** International Sanctuary of God is not organised for profit. All activities are undertaken for the spiritual growth of members and the wider community. ## **Regular Worship and Ministry** - Sunday Services were held weekly at Gants Hill Methodist Church. - Wednesday Online Bible Study & Prayer Meetings were held throughout the year via GoToMeeting. - House group prayer meetings in Rainham, Romford, Catford, South London and East London. - Services were led by the Senior Pastor or designated Ministers. - The congregation benefited from sermons delivered by guest pastors from several countries. **1 John 4:12 (NIV)** **No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.** Registered Charity 1146755 Pastor Jean Steeve B. Pastoral Care** The Pastoral Team met regularly to discuss church matters, support individual cases, and pray collectively. Senior pastoral visits were carried out throughout the year to all families within the church, with additional visits made as needed.
