The charity aims to develop and promote awareness of self management skills to help people with long term health conditions manage their health better. It also seeks to assist the carers of people with long term health conditions. The result should help individual lifestyles and optimise their use of the health service.
Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are:2.1 Advance And Assist In The Advancement Of Health For The Public Benefit In Particular, And Without Prejudice To The Generality:i. To Promote The Knowledge And Awareness Of And Assistance To Those With Health Conditions And Those Caring For Them To Assist With And Improve The Management Of Their Condition;ii. To Promote Or Assist In The Development Of The Principle Of Self-Management As A Recognised Public Health Measure2.2 Promote Any Other Purpose Which Is Charitable According To English Law.
