**Activities:** To provide neighbourly assistance to those elderly, sick or disabled who do not have access to private transport and who live within the Denmead and Hambledon Health Centre catchment areas by means of:a. providing private car transport to hospital and medical appointments;b. providing shopping trips and community outings using the charity's minibus;
