Relieve patients of the Vale Community Hospital and other invalids who use the Hospital for whatever purpose and to improve the well being of the patients and the condition of the hospital and assist in the provision of all matters that affect the quality of life of the patients and staff.
Objects: The Object Of The Charity Shall Be To Relieve Patients Of The Vale Community Hospital And Other Invalids Or Sick People Who Use The Hospital For Whatever Purpose; And To Improve The Well Being Of The Patients And The Condition Of The Hospital And Assist In The Provision Of All Matters That Affect The Quality Of Life Of The Patients And Staff. (1)monies Raised By The Charity Will Be Disbursed By The Purchase Of 'other Materials, Goods Or Services' That Improve The Well Being Of The 'beneficial Group'. The Expenditure Of These Monies Will Be Governed By The Document 'justification For Expenditure Of Funds' Or Any Future Amended Version.(2)to Educate The Public In The Needs Of The Patients And Other Matters Pertaining To The Hospital, Including The Promotion Of Research And Dissemination Of The Results; By Whatever Means Necessary And Appropriate.(3)to Organise And Provide Appropriate Training For Volunteers To Enable Them To Assist The Charity In Achieving Its Stated Objectives.(4)to Hold Relevant Insurance - Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Employers Liability As Required By Law To Enable The Charity To Carry Out Its Stated Objectives.
