I report to the Irustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 31112 12024.
Responsibllltles and As the charity Irustees of the Trust. you are responsible for the preparation
basls of report of the accounts in accordance with the requlrements of Ihe Charilies Act
2011 ("the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examinatlon. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection wilh Ihe examination which giv8s me
causa to believe that in, any materi81 respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance wlth section 130 of
the Acl or
the accounts do not accord with Ihe accounting records

Achievements and Performance

In the year to 31112124 Himalayan
Children supported 32 children in several
different schools across Ladakh.
Sponsors send and receive letters from
the children they are supporting, and
where possible receive copies of school
reports. Our Chair visits Ladakh at least
once a year and meets as many children
as possible at their school and reports on
their progress on her return.

sponsorship for most children it supports
and pays for others from donations, sales
and reserves. Donations and sales of
donated plants and books help boost
