The aim of F.O.S.O.S. is to develop and maintain the QEII registered playing field and wild-life area in Staining Village for the use and enjoyment of visitors to and the people of Staining Village
Objects: The Trustees Shall Hold The Trust Fund And Its Income Upon Trust To Apply Them For The Following Objects ("The Objects") In Staining, Blackpool In The County Of Lancashire And The Surrounding Districts (Hereafter Known As "The Area Of Benefit"):to Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit And The Surrounding Area The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Nee Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants.
