A Charity Set up following the tragic death of Harry Nye Patterson, the charity is to build a public park in Harry's name and to help others who find themselves in similar tragic circumstances.

Objects: (1) To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Alltwen And The Surrounding Area The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants.(2) To Relieve The Mental Or Physical Sickness Of Persons Living In Alltwen And The Surrounding Area, Suffering Bereavement Or Loss, In Particular But Not Exclusively, By The Provision Of Information And Donations To Local Bereavement And Crisis Groups/charities To Assist Their Work In Supporting Such Persons And Donations To Family Members Affected By Such Tragedy To Pay For Counselling.
