brand partn?￿hip agreement betsveen Age UK and the locd tharity Age UK Berkshire. The bra￿j
partnership is currenty under review and a new version is expected in 2024.
Age UK Berkshire was the sde shareholder of Age UK Berkshire Tradiw Lld., InC￿K￿te(l i
Dgcemter 2012 to trade In non-charrtable aCtIv￿￿5 and products. Proffts from this cx)mpany were
donated via gift-aMI to Age UK Bethshire. The nowharitable pury)oses ceased in 2018 as a result of
which Age UK 8ed(shire Trading Ltd. bec8me donnant. It has now been dissow 8rKI removed froffl
