and supporting disadvantaged r¢sid¢nts across Southwark and Croydon. With a focus on
fwnilies on low income, refugees, cbilitren, and YOU￿ the parish delivered a range of
impactfid progrdllL8 that foster¢d cOmm￿ty Wellbei￿ economic and sockal inclusioL

Income Maximlsatlon & Employment Support:
Shated 115 job vacancies, covering roles from specialist to enty-level positions,
including remote work opport￿eS tailored for paT¢nts and individuals with disabilities.
Supported 10 job app]Acations and 2 pension applicatlons. resulting in S conllrmed job plaeements.
Signpostcd individuals to essential statutory service8 for furth¢r supporL
Tackllng Food I]￿e¢unty.
Issued 105 food-only e-vouchers to vlthierable and disadvantaged individuals,
helpinB to alleviate food poverty across the commvnity.

to encournge cI￿tivity and fun learning.

Community Events & Gift Dlstrlbutlon:
Distributed 63 chlldreD's backpaeks filled with es8entia]s.
Provided 250 bags to vulnerable adults during our vibrant 2024 Adult Harvest
elebratAon, whicb featured a music jaDknoTrt led by youth perfonll¢rs.
Community Consultation:
Conducted a comprehensive online and f*ce•kn￿facc suryey to capture residents,
Voices and shape our proj¢ct plaDlliDg for 2025.
Funding & Support:
This year's impactful work was made possible througb a generous £15,1)00 grant from Urban Health
and support from th¢ churcty enabling w to colltinuc delivering bolistic, comtrrity4entr￿ support.
We remain committed to ￿Wi]I8 this work in 2025, building on this yeaT'S progre&8 to better
