Objective, principal activities and organization of the charity
Madrassah Classes
Islamic education Centre Birmingham is keen to build up young students of knowledge from the age of 5. With the support of qualified experienced teachers, Islamic education Centre Birmingham has an education foundation structure to help students achieve their best. Currently there are 9 classes in the weekdays and separate classes on the weekends. We have around 200 students studying in the institute.
Our aim has always been to facilitate the best education and deliver a positive message to the local community. Educating the students from basic alphabetical letters, prayer memorisation, reading the Quran, the correct way (Tajweed) as well morals and Islamic studies. This is all delivered and taught by qualified experience teachers which are expertise in these field of careers.
As an institute we are always thoroughly excelling in our expectations. The core of the success is with the support of our teachers. Weekly meetings are conducted to express about how our teachers may develop the class system and where improvements are needed. With regular discussions amongst the teachers and management, positive feedback is given which, helps create a bonded hard-working team.
We want our young Muslim generation to develop themselves and become strong in faith so that They understand the true message of Islam, as well as British values. Regular study classes are being held to educate the upcoming teenagers, to hold firm minimum basic knowledge so that their love for studying the religion ascends. moreover, we wish to facilitate with whatever we can as an institute so that we get closer to our objective of delivering the best education.
Regardless of how much of a positively impact 2025 has been, we will continue to work hard and thoroughly improve the class system so, that we may consistently deliver high quality education every year.
To conclude, our community is always happy with what we are providing. Education system has vastly improved with new systems and implementation of new structural classes. The students are always keen to study and are always ready to excel their targets within the knowledge given. With
our priorities on always supporting and guiding inside of lessons as well as outside of studying hours, the community is extremely appreciative with our sincerity.
Friday congregational Prayer
Our largest weekly congregation is the Friday Prayer where this facility is pushed to its limits to accommodate worshippers. During the holiday seasons the congregation expands throughout the entire building. Hence why, we have Staffs who are standing at the entrance to guide and advise anyone who may require assistance. We ensure that we can provide with as much as we can by having 3 separates congregational prayers on Fridays in which each prayer has a speech to send out a special message in English and Urdu. Facilities are provided for those who wish to make wudu(ablution) as well as use the bathroom facilities.
Collaboration with Bismillah Aid
Weekly gathering is a very significant part of our mosque. A spiritual and educational weekly gathering which has been continuing since 2007. This moral boosting and educational gathering every Friday are held to educate and nature the young men and women. We have been consistently conducting this gathering as it helps to remind the community about our faith. To briefly highlight the purpose of our lives and the articles of our faith. It is a weekly public gathering to which anyone is welcome. We commence with the recitations of the holy Quran, then Nasheed as well as praises of our holy prophet (peace be upon him) (Naats) and then a small lecture at the end. finally, we serve food. Bismillah has played a huge role in supporting the gathering, by providing food packages, cutlery and helping to serve the participants. We were able to achieve a lot more with the support of Bismillah Aid. With continuous support and help, Islamic education centre will always show gratitude towards Bismillah aid. Every week new attendees are coming as well as the ones who have been with us for a long-time attend. positive feedback is always given.
