Responsibilities and basis of As the charity trustees of the Trust. you are responsible for the preparation of the
report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111"the

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under
section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed

We supported several organisations
that support seriously ill children.
Hospices and Hospitals and
organisations that hold parents and
siblings of poorly children while they
are in hospitsl. The annual trips to
Dudley Zoo and Winter Funland seen
over 100 families attend each trip. Over
100 wishes have been granted and
families have been able to create lastlng
memories with the child. The annual
Christmas and Easter appeals were a
great success, and many children
supported. Another 60 poorly children
and families attended the adapted
holiday home and had a free holiday
break.
