Love and Compassion in Action was incofFrfYated as a o)mpany limited by guarantee on 7th May
2010 and is governed ty the Memorandum and Articks of AssoCia￿n. Directors are apF)ointed by
the members of Ihe Ttust. The business of the Trust is managed by Ihe Board of Directors.

This yeafs operation gave rise to a net incomè of £7.089 (Year ended 31 March 2021, net income
of £6.490}.
Governance costs were £1.664 (Year ended 31 March 2021: £2,117).

The financial statements have been prepared:

p￿Scribed by the Compantes Act 2006 in order to p￿sent a true and fair wew. The effect
of this departure is to a￿er the presentation of the accounts because Schedule 4
Companies Act 20ChS and the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities fomiats are
not suitable for a company which is wholty dependent on donat￿nS and not in business to
9enerate a profrt.
