STATEMENTS TO THE DIRECTORS OF LIVING SPRINGS CHRISTIAN
CENTRE LILIUTED
In accordance the engagement letter given to us, and in order to assist you to fulfil
your duti¢s und¢r the Companies Act 2006, we have compiled the financial
statements of the company which comprise the Profit and Loss Account. the Balance
Sheet and the related notes from the accounting records and information and
explanations you have given to us.
The report is made to the Truslees of the company as a body, in accordance with the
ternis of our ¢ngagement. Our work has been undertaken so that we ￿1￿1t compile the
financial statements that have been engaged to compile, report to the Tn]stees that we
have done so, and state those matters that we have agreed to state to them in this
report and no other puryose. To the ￿lIest extent pern]itted by law, we do not accept
or assume responsibility to anyone other than the Company and Company, s Directors
or Trustees, as a body, for our work OT for this report.
You have acknowledge on the balance sheet as at 31 October 2024.

The charity is governed by Trust Deeds. The charity is constituted by a chairperson and one trustee
members.
Trustee's selection methods:
The trustees are appointed in accordance wrth the policy, organisation and rules of the charity.
Members of the church who are qualified to be trustees are eligible to apply.
OBJEcfivES AND ACTIVITIES
To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the statement of beliefs in such ways and in such
parts of the United Kingdom from time to time as the trustees deem fit. Evangelism in London South
East and surroundings and the proclamation of the word of God through the medium of television.
To provide counselling to married couples and courting couples.
SUMMARY OF AcfiviTIES

To provide sacred space for personal prayers and contemplation.
b. To conduct pastoral work including visiting the sick and bereaved.
c. To provide regular public worship in the community open to all.
d. Promoting the whole mission of the church through activitie5 for youth, senior citizens and
special need groups.
e. To promote empowermenvs advocacy and encourage members to contribute their skills to
the benefit of the community.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
The church has opened its doors to the community for Wednesdavs prayers in the evening. Thi5
has enabled the youth who were at first roaming about and engaging in unsociable activities to
come and listen to the word of God. There is always breakfast club in action during that period
and this is open to the general public on Sundays and Wednesdays.
The trustees outlined their commitment to enable as many people a5 possible to worship and
become part of the community in Charlton and Greenwich catchment areas and south London.
Financial Review
The trustees decided to plough back the reserves of the charity to enable the organisation
provide more activities to the community and the public in general. The charity received Gift Aid
of £28,224 from HMRC charities during the year ended 31 October 2024.
