AIMS AND PURPOSES
Our aim has been to provide a high standard community facility which will accommodate in
particular forthe local community residents and the wider community. A prayer room, good
classrooms and a community Nursery, so that we can help people advance in education and
religion.
oBJE￿IVEs AND A￿1V￿E5
We are committed in enabling as many people as p055ible to worship and benefit from the
centre. We regularly consult members of the congregatlon and take theirviews and opinlons
on areas of improvement, as well as consultin8 Other non con8re8ational members who
reside in close proximity of the centre.
Our Services and worship put faith into practice by opening it5 door5 for five time5 daily
prayer, education for the young and old, male and female. Provision of counselling for the
youth by arranging youth activities and working alongside other agencies to help improve a
civic relationship and understanding the needs of the community and assisting in areas of
need,
ACHIEVEfvIENTS AND PERFORMANCE
We have now opened the doors to our Prayer hall after having completed extensive
refurbishment work. People can now come and enjoy worship in a serene environment and
we have over a ICMI people attendingthe centre and this number is increasing weekly.
We have completed work to other part5 of the centre and this has allowed us to create
educational facility for the local young boys and girls to do extra<urricular attNlties and faith
studies in the evening and weekend5.
Exclusive classes are running twice a week for women, where they can learn and Share
experiences. in a friendly atmosphere at the centre. Many more activities are planned for the
future including Arabic language courses, Arabic gr3mmar and counselling sessions.

THE COMMUN￿( ROOM
NURSERY
The communlty room is now completed and used for classe5 for local public, the classes
throughout the day are very popular with the female population. The nursery room has also
been completed and fully operational.
YourH AcfiviTIES
Every Saturday our youth are involved in a local football matches at the loc31 high School Essa
Academy. The youth football tournament is very successful and in high demand,
VOLUNTEERS
We would like to thank all our volunteers for their exceptional support from the start until
date, in fulfilling our objectives. Volunteers have been Involved in variou5 tasks, this has
included collecting donations. announcing and advertising the community centre, organising
football tournaments, study circles and they have been involved in the project management
of the centre refijrbishment.
STRucfuRE GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Currently there are three Trustee5 who deal with the support of volunteers with the trust
affairs in line with our Governin8 Document.

We have met several times during the year and has resulted at 95% attendance.
We encourage our congregates to take an active voluntary Tole in the upkeep of the centre
and other arranged artiwties at the centre.

Our aim is to collect £IIXI each week in Friday congregations from over 150 attendees, thls
will help to cover the gas, water, electricity and general running cost of the charity building.
We always have a minimum of £ICN)O to cover all the direct debits just in case our collections
were lower than expected. Members in the local community can also provlde the community
centre with emergency interest free loans, collectively we can raise up to £5000 from over 15
regular attendee5, and however the agreement of the short-term loan is to pay them back
within 60 days.
Flnanclal Revlew
The accounts are made up to the end of March 2024. We received donationslincome of
£184,814.21 intheyear ending March 2024Th1s helped towardsthe costsofthe maintenance
of the Trust property and all other related expenses.
The incorne also helped to reduce the long-term debt on the building and aged borrower5 by
£25,000.00. Now the building is fully refurbished and complete our aim wlll be reduce the
debt over the next few years.
