Anniversary
Celebrations
ofthe DHA at South Africa House| ||||through
the kind offices of Her Excellency Nomatemba
Tambo.
It| ||||was a wonderful
gathering
ofTrustees,
Patrons, supporters
and
well-wishers.
There was ample press coverage and some most| ||||welcome donations
have already been received as a result ofthe| ||||exercise.| ||||The charity also put major effort into fundraising
via The Big Give.
This was a new initiative
for us and resulted
in a very pleasing
total
in excess ofE10kto benefit the DHC. This initiative was led by the
treasurer
and one ofthe trustees.| ||||We continue to maintain
regular communications
with the DHC in| ||||Durban
and regularly
