**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ISSUES SURROUNDING HOMELESSNESS AND SOCIAL INCLUSION.TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND NEED WHICH IS MAINLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY CAUSED BY HOMELESSNESS BY RAISING AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES OF HOMELESSNESS, THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF FILM,ARTS AND PHOTOGRAPHY VIA THE HOMELESS FILM FESTIVAL AND ANY OTHER MEANS AS SEEN APPROPRIATE BY THE TRUSTEES.USING FILM TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF HOMELESS AND MARGINALISED PEOPLE TO PREVENT PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.TO ADVANCE THE ARTS, PARTICULARLY FILMMAKING,PHOTOGRAPHY,PAINTING OR OTHER VISUAL ART THAT DEALS WITH HOMELESSNESS WHETHER THE ART HAS BEEN MADE BY HOMELESS PEOPLE OR THOSE WITH AN INTEREST IN THE HOMELESS AND TO PUBLISH THAT ART BY MEANS OF THE HOMELESS FILM FESTIVAL(S)AND EXHIBITION(S).

**Activities:** we aim to advance the education of the public on issues surrounding homelessness and social exclusion as well as providing opportunities for unemployed people to further careers in the arts. We open up numerous doors for progression, and through collaborative projects, build strong cross-industry networks between filmmakers, homelessness charities, and volunteering organisations across the UK.
