|Summary of the main achievements of the
charity during the year||From January 2021-January 2022 the charity (sometimes
referred to as 'the ministry'), saw great growth.
For the first time in it's history, the charity crossed the £25,000
mark in its finances through giving and fundraising events.
The charity had a quiet season from January 2021 till May 2021.
The trustees spent time in prayer for direction and understanding
of God's next direction for the ministry.
In June 2021, the charity advertised it's summer retreat and
received it's largest intake of women who signed up in a UK
based weekend retreat.
In August 2021 (using De Vere Latimer estate as a venue), the
ministry held its summer 2021 retreat titled 'Refresh'. Post the
Covid pandemic in the UK and lockdowns, many women were
thankful for the weekend to refresh and be refreshed and
poured into.
We saw women travel to our retreat from as far as Wales and
various parts of the UK. From CEO's to students, we saw women
from all stages and different walks of life come to a place of
healing and refreshing.
In August 2021 our team also became solidified with our retreat
team coming together in a more unified manner.||
