I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. ## **Independent examiner's statement** I have completed my examination. THESE COURSES COVERED A WIDE RANGE OF TOPICS RELATED TO ISLAMIC KNOWLEDGE, INCLUDING QURANIC STUDIES, HADITH, FIQH (JURISPRUDENCE), AND ARABIC LANGUAGE. THE CHARITY HAD EXPENDITURE OF £78.663 WITH £27,700 BEING INTEREST-FREE LOAN REPAYMENTS USING PRIOR YEAR SURPLUSES. THIS GENEFIATED A SURPLUS OF £1,408WHICH WAS ADDED TO THE PRIOR YEAR SURPLUSES. AT THE END OF THE PERIOD THE CHARITY HELD £11,204 IN RESERVES. THE POLICY OF THE TRUSTEES IS NOT TO HOLD ANY RESERVES BUT TO USE ANY SURPLUS OR RESERVES FOR FUTURE CHARITABLE EXPENDITURE.
