**Objects:** THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY PREDOMINANTLY BANGLADESHIS INCLUDING RELIEF OF POVERTY, PRESERVING AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL ADVANCEMENT, CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE IN ORDER TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE THE BENEFICIARIES.

**Activities:** Provide advice and help to people in need. Introduce, promote and publicise Bengali language, literature, culture and heritage to mainstream society in the Wales and UK. To support orphans and poor people abroad especially in Bangladesh by providing the opportunity for better education and housing.
