Our Partnership creates a strong, locally led and well thrdinated offer for children and young people in South Weston. The SWAN partnership gives local providers opportunity to share ideas and kest practi, communicate about the ServIS they provide and the challenges they fa, and helps to ensure that projects are complementary rather than overlapping. The focus of our activities this year has been a summer lunch club with activities every day of the school holiday, and day trips for children, young people and families to try new things., shaped by the leadership of our South Face Youth Forum, giving local young people a Vol in developing local provision.
