**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE OBJECT'S) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CALABAR REGION OF NIGERIA:- A) TO PROVIDE MEDICAL SERVICES TO THE SICK AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE FIGHT AGAINST DISEASES SUCH AS (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) HIV AND MALARIA. B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN BY THE PROVISION OF  AN  ORPHANAGE.

**Activities:** To provide a community care model that should be expected as a bear minimum to fulfil these innocent vulnerable street children within the various communities in Cross River State, Nigeria.Provide a real home to care of these children until they can be returned back into the community to be cared for.Provide practical training for Community Care Workers..
