To provide national and regional facilities and support for the teaching study and practice of Karma Kagyu Buddhism under the spiritual guidance of Lama Jampa Thaye.
Objects: The Advancement Of The Buddhist Faith And, In Particular, The Teachings Of The Karma Kagyu School Of Buddhism, As Embodied By His Holiness Karmapa Thinley Thaye Dorje, The Fourth Karma Thinley Rinpoche And Lama Jampa Thaye.such Advancement Shall Be Under The Spiritual Authority And Guidance Of (I) Lama Jampa Thaye As Master Of The Sakya And Karma Kagyu Schools Of Buddhism (The “Head”), (Ii) The Future Incarnations (Each A "Future Incarnation”) Of The Head As Identified In Writing By The Present Or Future Head Of The Drolma Phodrang Of The Sakya School Of Buddhism (The “Sakya Head”), And (Iii) Any Temporary Successors Appointed In Writing From Time To Time By (X) The Head, (Y) A Future Incarnation Or, In The Event The Head Or A Future Incarnation Is Unable To Make Such Appointment, (Z) The Sakya Head.
