The charity promotes integrated rural development in developing countries - in particular to harness innovative technologies (such as off-grid sustainable energy and ICT) to act as catalysts to create local services and productive uses that generate sustainable social and economic impacts for local communities.

Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are:- 1. The Advancement Of The Education Of The Public Anywhere In The World In The Sciences, Technology, Engineering And Medicine Including, But Not Limited To, By:(a) Promoting Research In The Sciences, Technology, Engineering And Medicine For The Public Benefit And Publishing The Useful Results Of Such Research; And(b) Promoting The Education Of People Under The Age Of 25 In The Sciences, Technology, Education And Medicine. 2. The Prevention And Relief Of Poverty Anywhere In The World Including, But Not Limited To, By:(a) Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education, Training And Healthcare Projects And All The Necessary Support Designed To Enable Individuals To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self-Sufficient; And(b) Undertaking And Supporting Scientific, Technological, Engineering And Medical Research Into Factors That Contribute To Poverty And The Most Appropriate Ways To Mitigate These And Publishing The Useful Results Of Such Research.3. The Relief Of Sickness And The Advancement And Preservation Of Health Among People Anywhere In The World.4.
