Seasonal￿ challengiThJ times, so an ￿entS team was set up to suggest ideas for events throjghout the year induding
Utili￿ng successful events of the past and x1eas. This meant that, as we dosed Ihe year heading into the winter,
Insole Court had a progfam ol events induditvj lecaures ￿ the history of the site, musical events and pop-up restaurants
events held in the café after hours. We tried lo get a balance bets¥een events ¥thich benefrted the ccffnmunity in line
our charitable obj'ectives indLKling. educaiw and the p￿Se1¥all￿ of the heritage through acb'viti'es suth a5 tours of
the lower. leclures on the history of Insole CTrJrt and prov*JirvJ a venue fw the annual spark￿ Walk for St David's
Hospi¢e. We also included everrts for 2024 t*thtch celebrated the lunar New Year. which would bmg education of
Chinese cultLtre. and morè talks on the history of Cardrfl. This was on top of regular 8ctivthS of garden and housè toufs.

tenants b•ssd on styft of Offi￿ space and rewe￿ed ￿ase o)ntracts to see where fail increases be applied. We
also tighten credit controls to improve our cash flow ￿ ￿te tenant payments. aga￿ doing so in a lair and reasonable
manner. We also made it a pri￿rtY to review our pn"tsrwJ slrudurt for F&B ajong wrth our wedding offèring and tn.ed to
ensure that the barriers were removed tetween referrafs betsveen events and catering team lo maximise Ihe eaming
Qpportuni￿.es of room hire at Ins(4e.
We finished the year with a sense of opknmism that we were tuming a comer that the winler months w¢)ukl be Very
testmig in temis of cash flow. Fof this rèason. we ￿scussed a payment plan IOT our fulure VAT bills and ulilising
