**Objects:** 1.1 The Objects of the Charity are:1.1.1 to further or benefit the residents of Greasby and the neighbourhood and other Districts the Trustees shall deem appropriate, without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, race, age, disability or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together the said residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents;1.1.2 to enhance the development and education of children primarily under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups;

**Activities:** The charity operates the Greasby Community Centre. The charity also plays a leading role in all community matters, working with local traders, the Health Centre, Library, schools, churches, police and others to make Greasby a place where people want to live and work.
