**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO SUPPORT THE ADVANCEMENT, APPRECIATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE ARTS AND TO ENRICH PEOPLE'S LIVES THROUGH INCREASED ACCESS TO THE ARTS AND ARTS ACTIVITY, PREDOMINANTLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE COUNTY OF LANCASHIRE.

**Activities:** We were founded in 1966 and incorporated with this registration in 2012. We are a commissioning agency working in collaboration to create high quality art in response to the rich and diverse contexts of the dramatic and often beautiful post-industrial landscape of the Pennines, hand in hand with its resilient and resourceful community.
