Prlnclpal actlvltles
The charity's principal activty during the year was the advancement of education anfl cultural diversity. This is achieved by providing
structured lessons in the Korean language, history, and heritage to pupils from reception to secondary school levels, as well as adults
from multicultural backgrounds. Additionally, the charity organises community workshops and cultural activits'es- including Korean music,
food, and art- to promote cultural appreciation within the wder community of Cambridge and the surrounding region to organise cultural
and educational activities to promote Korean culture in the UK.

The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the finanaal
position ol the charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2C4)6. The Trustees
are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence taking reasOnal￿e steps for the prevention and detection of
fraud and other irregularities. This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable lo companies subject to the
small companies regime as set out in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with the Charities SORP IFRS 1021.

My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination indudes
a review of accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison ol the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
unusual items or disdosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees conceming any such matters.
The prO￿dureS undertaken do not provide all evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequenlly no opinion is given as to
whether the accounts present a'true and fair view, and the report is limrted to those matters set out to the slalements below.

relating to small companies and seciion 44 01 the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotlandl Act 2005.
The trustee acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with resped to accounting records
and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies,
regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A- Small Entities.

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no

The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained
unchanged frotn the previous year 8nd also have been consi5tenlly ￿p￿led within the same accounts.

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention 85 modified by the ievalualion ol oertain frKed assets.
