**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF PATIENTS REGISTERED AT CORNERWAYS SURGERY (RINGWOOD AND ST LEONARDS BRANCHES) AND THE PUBLIC LIVING IN THE VICINITY OF THESE SURGERIES AND TO ALLEVIATE ILL-HEALTH IN THOSE COMMUNITIES AND ASSIST PATIENTS IN WHATEVER MANNER THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT TO ACHIEVE THOSE OBJECTS.
